The article is about a restaurant called the “Waldheim Zollberg Garden Tavern” in Upper Bavaria.
An evening with a burger in the Waldheim
Waldheim is a charming small town in southern Germany with a lot of history. Tonight we decided to visit the local gaststätte, Waldheim Zollberg. Sitting on the banks of the River Sauer we enjoyed a delicious burger. Our gaststätte Waldheim is one of the most popular places in Zollberg. A visit to the restaurant is always an enjoyable experience and it doesn’t matter whether you are a fan of burgers, chicken or fish, you will surely find something to your taste here. The selection of drinks is also very good and everyone can find something that they like. The service is always fast and friendly, so you can be sure that you will enjoy your meal.
A sojourn in Berchtesgarten
Walking through the tranquil and beautifully manicured gardens of Waldheim Palace is a must-do in Vienna. After parking our car, we took a small walk through the gardens until we found a shady spot to rest and enjoy the view. The palace was built in 1743 by Emperor Frederick II as a summer residence. The gardens were added later, in 1816. As we prepared to travel to Berlin, we knew one thing: we needed to find a place to eat! After some research, we decided on Gaststätte Waldheim Zollberg in Berchtesgarten – and, boy, were we glad we did! The restaurant is located in an 1897 neoclassical pavilion overlooking the Park of the Imperial Palace and is a perfect spot for a relax-ing lunch or dinner. The menu offers traditional German fare with a modern twist, so there’s something for everyone. Highlights include the scallops with wild mushrooms and garlic sauce and the venison loin with gammon reduction and baby vegetables.
